Ngannou vs Cain KO in Slow Motion (via ESPN) - Uppercut? or Knee Buckle

Here it is, second by second. YOU be the judge. The video starts just before the uppercut lands. Notice how Cain’s head snaps back violently and then notice the way his head flops from his right shoulder to left shoulder as he falls. There is no question that the knee gives out, but it appears to be due to his legs getting buckled by a solid punch more than anything.

Just before Francis lands this nasty uppercut, he is loading it up. Cain is off balance and his head is in the WORST possible position.

A split-second later, his head is snapped back from the massive shock of the right hand. His left knee is not placed awkwardly (yet) and doesn’t bend backward UNTIL he falls. He has decent balance until is legs are buckled at this moment.

Clearly the knee was hyper-extended, and you can see Cain reacting to the knee pain in this screenshot.
